LEARNING TO PLAY THE LUTE

Learning to play the lute by Frank DeGroodt. Intended for the beginner player who needs basic information in order to play the lute. Any prior guitar experience is helpful, but not mandatory. The book wil cover parts of the lute, stringing and tuning, right and left-hand technique, tablature reading and a few easy pieces to get you started. Also included are sources for futher study.
